Morning headache as a post REM effect

I have hypothesys that there is a simple explanation for the particular case of morning migraine. My observations support that it is NOT really a headache, but a strain on the eyeball muscles caused by a longer than usual REM phase.

The discovery seems important, because many people may be concerned about this symptom by seeing it as a migraine of unknown origin.

In fact, it is the effect of a positive phenomenon such as a prolonged REM phase. If we are just starting to take care of sleep, the eye muscles are not prepared for longer work. REM caused muscle fatigue similar to that of the first training session after a break.

I wanted to share this observation with you today,
because it is a day of the clock change and that is why many of us may have this type of migraine today.

my suggestion to explain possible headache after log REM phase

I hope this helps. Thank you for reading!
